Domestic Shipping
For purposes of discretion and privacy, all packages will have “AGB Inc.” listed in the return address, and all payments will also be processed as “AGB Inc.”
Any shipments to a PO Box, APO or FPO address within the United States will also be sent via the USPS.
Although our carriers are normally very reliable, we cannot be responsible for occasional delivery delays caused by UPS or USPS. If there is an issue with the delivery, we ask all our customers to work with USPS/UPS to have them locate the package (using the tracking number provided for the order) prior to contacting us.
International Shipping
For purposes of discretion and privacy, all packages will have “AGB Inc.” listed in the return address, and all payments will also be processed as “AGB Inc.”
We are happy to ship our order to most countries around the world. Most of the international orders will be shipped using UPS (with some exceptions when only USPS delivery is financially reasonable).
Every country has different importing fees and/or taxes. We have no way to calculate or predict these costs. Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure to provide correct delivery contact info of the recipient (including their phone number and email address) when you place an order. This information is crucial for the carrier of the package to contact the recipient and release the package.
Priority International shipping provides a tracking number, but only tracks your order to the Port of Export here in the USA. After that, the package goes to your country’s Customs Department for inspection and then finally to your daily local mail service for delivery to you. After the package leaves USA and enters the destination country, we can no longer provide updates and make any changes to the package. Those changes will have to take place on the recepient’s side and them working with the carrier of the package directly.
